This Item is a Nightmare

I bought/ordered/purchased this product/thingamajig/gadget with get more info high expectations/hopes/anticipation, but it turned out to be an absolute disaster/wreck/lemon. It's completely useless/worthless/broken out of the box. The instructions/manual/guide were confusing/nonsensical/unreadable, and customer service/support/assistance is nonexistent/rude/ unhelpful. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend/suggest/advise this product/item/whatever to my worst enemy/rival/frenemy.
